My client is a leading global multi-disciplinary who specialise in providing professional services based around the development and management of the built and natural world. Partnering with public & private sector clients across the world, they currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quality Manager to join the team in Bedfordshire on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the role of Assistant Quality Manager will provide support to the team in ensuring compliance with all aspects of the laboratories Quality Management System and the ISO17025 standard. You will also be involved in all aspects of the document control process, internal and external quality control, as well as mentoring junior laboratory staff.

To be considered of the role of Assistant Quality Manager, you will have experience of working within a UKAS accredited laboratory, with working knowledge of ISO17025. Experienced of conducting audits would be an advantage, as well as being able to demonstrate a methodical and flexible working style and excellent communication skills.

In return, the Assistant Quality Manager role comes with a salary of circa £35k + benefits, and offers a fantastic work environment in an open, encouraging atmosphere.
