Thermal Modelling Engineer
An M&E consultancy with a strong pipeline of work is looking for a Thermal Modeller with strong IES skills.
Your new company
This is a growing SME based in Greater Manchester that works on a range of projects, including hotels, schools, universities, leisure sector buildings, churches and private sector healthcare buildings. Your new role
This is a role for an experienced thermal modeller/building physics engineer looking to work from their own initiative on sometimes challenging projects. You will be working as part of an M&E team delivering heat loss and gain calculations, thermal models and delivering technical reports on the back of your findings. You may even grow a team underneath you over a period of time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified within Building Physics or Sustainability with a couple years of post graduate experience working in Building Services industry. You will be a team player and be able to work unsupervised from your own initiative.
You will need to be proficient with IES software and any additional relevant software is a bonus.
