An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join the London office of an award winning, leading environmental consultancy. You will provide administrative and finance support to the company directors, consultants and wider business to ensure smooth running business stream.

In order to be consider for this Office Managers role you will:

  • Have previous Office Management experience
  • Have previous financial support experience
  • Lead by example and work well as part of enthusiastic team to ensure
  • Have a real eye for detail

Working as the Office Manager you will:

  • Ensure each office operational process are working effectively
  • Be responsible for the administration of financial process including purchase and sales ledgers
  • Provide accurate information and input to financial control systems
  • Act as a local coordinator of HR matters
  • Manage the existing administration personnel
  • Provide administrative support to team directors
