My client, a market leading multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy, is searching for an experienced Associate or Technical Director to manage and expand their Water Team based in London.
It is essential that applicants are Chartered Engineers who have vast experience managing and completing Flood Risk, Surface Water, or Water Resources Projects for Public and/or Private Sector Clients and Housing Developers.
Applicants are also required to have experience completing bid proposals, managing projects, mentoring team members and completing and checking technical work including Flood Risk Assessment, Surface Water Management Plans, Drainage Strategy and design or Hydraulic Modelling.
Candidates are also required to have an awareness of Environmental Impact Assessments.
It is also essential for applicants to have the drive to develop new business opportunities, manage projects and mentor and expand the team.
As an Associate you will be required to manage and mentor the existing team of Flood Risk and Drainage Specialists based in London. You will be expected to provide technical advice to the team, review and amend Hydraulic Models, SuDS and Sewerage designs using Microdrainage and Infoworks and manage varied Flood Risk, Drainage and Pre-Planning Projects for Private Sector Clients, Housing Developers and Local Authorities ensuring Projects are completed to time and budget.
You will also be expected to prepare bid proposals and develop new business opportunities with new and existing clients across the UK.
