My client are one of the UK's leading Asbestos Consultancies and they have recently undergone mass expansion across the West Midlands, with the need of a highly skill Appointment Clerk to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience within a highly organised administrative position ideally either; Logistics, PA or Bookings Management.
- Ability to manage own workload
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Experience organising diaries for up to 10 people
- Proven experience working with Outlook & Excel
The role will include looking after the diaries of 15 of the top Asbestos Surveyors in the company along with;
* Taking sales calls
* Dealing with clients requests
* Cold calling
