Partnerships and Regeneration
The Partnerships and Regeneration Division represents a fusion of contracting, housing and mixed-use regeneration expertise. We undertake design and build contracting, mixed tenure and speculative development, estate regeneration and property support services nationwide. We work in collaborative long-term arrangements with Registered Providers, Local Authorities and other stakeholders to build high quality housing and sustainable communities.

Role Overview:
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a pro-active approach to design development, working within a team environment Assist in the management and administration of the Partnerships & Regeneration Business Management System, ensuring that regular audit, management review and divisional quality objectives are achieved to facilitate continuing registration.

To audit the Quality Assurance System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008, formulate and manage the audit programme, arrange regular auditing in accordance with the BMS, liaise with the BSI Auditor when carrying out their external audit, carryout third party audits of key members of our supply chain, ensure all new starters are inducted into the Quality System and existing employees are informed of the revision of procedures and assist with the general administration of the Quality System.

To provide administrative assistance to the Divisional BMS & Customer Services Manager to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the implementation of preventative actions and continual improvement.

This role will be based in Chelmsford until the end of 2017 and then will be based in Stratford, East London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the completion of Business Management System audits in accordance with the audit schedule
  • Assist in the issuing of divisional audit reports within one day of completing the audit
  • Assist in the implementation of Business unit BMS compliance audits with all staff in accordance with the divisional audit programme formulated in agreement with the Divisional BMS & Customer Services Manager
  • Liaise with the Human Resources Department within each business unit monthly to ascertain number of new starters
  • Assist in the collation of information to carry out trend analysis to predetermined practices to demonstrate continual improvement
  • Ensure all identified non-conformances are closed out within the stipulated time scale
  • Issue monthly non-conformance summary reports together with the required information for the board report
  • Issue 4Projects audit reports
  • Manage the issue of Business Continuity Plans and Customer Project Reviews
  • Collate information from all business units to ensure compliance to the requirements of the system
Experience and Qualifications:
  • BSI or Similar Internal Auditor Certification
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and 4 Projects
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • The ability to self manage their time to achieve the varied requirements of the role within the specified time parameters
  • Be aware of the relevance of their activities in achieving the companies quality objectives
  • To objectively audit procedures without bias or influence from third parties
