Quality Assurance Manager
You will be the Quality Manager for a well established international property development company which has been operating in the UK for more than 20 years.
Our client is a large, international property development company with a strong track record in delivering high profile residential and commercial projects in London.
- Progress monitoring in design, tendering, construction progress and management reporting.
Establish, implement and maintain a departmental quality system to include auditing, guidelines, international standards, handbooks and manuals.
Schedule quality audits and allocate auditor resources.
Conduct independent site operation checks to ensure technical compliance, identifying and reporting problems on quality of works.
Design and prepare technical documentation.
Conduct technical evaluation studies.
Analyse data metrics e.g. manufacturers certificates, defect and snagging lists, inspection and test reports, audit results etc.
Quality control investigations.
Evaluation of prospective contractors and suppliers to meet client's internal requirements.
Review and evaluate Stakeholder method statements/quality plans.
Conduct full witness trials/inspection/qualification tests at key Quality Control/Hold Points before commencement of Special Processes.
- Degree in Engineering, Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
- IRCA registered assessor.
- ISO9001 qualified
- Familiarity of ISO 9000
